We want you to love your purchase from our Sunny Sunday. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price.

We are confident enough that our jewelry last a lifetime. We offer a 6 months warranty if anything goes wrong with your item, no question asked. Within six months of the purchase date, you may request a store credit or exchange. Please send an email to hello@sunnysunday.ca with your order number. We will confirm if the item is eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time ranges from 1 to 4 business days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as they may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, Holidays or other events beyond our control.
3. Signature Option: To provide our customers with peace of mind, we offer the option of delivery with signature. If you choose this option, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery. If you choose not to use this option, you assume responsibility for the package, and Sunny Sunday will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages.
